If you want to change color or certain details (e.g. length, simple changes), we can customize it too - just let us know by clicking Request custom order. Note: subject to materials' availability.

Illusion tulle color comes in standard color (usually nude beige), if you want to customize it, you need to message us although we can't guarantee it will match your skin tone. (Illusion tulle = illusion = mesh in our listing descriptions)

For dresses requiring a petticoat to make them puffy, we allow for extra dress length so that when you wear a petticoat with the dress, it will be the right length. If you don't intend to wear a petticoat, please let us know at the time of order (otherwise, the dress may be a bit longer than you expect).

Please allow for alterations and a small margin of error in measuring yourself as dress measurements are not taken by us in person.

We use a shipping agent with international tracked shipping from Vietnam, Singapore or Malaysia which would take around 10-15 business days and express option (5-7 business days) to most regions around the world. If your country is not in the shipping destination, please message us.

Packaging is usually in a bag and carton box, we don't have a specific wedding dress bag like in a physical bridal store so please don't be surprised when you receive the package. Sometimes bulky dresses may be vacuum sealed.

No. Dresses are sold without petticoats. If you need one, please message us to include in your order for an extra cost.

We commit to using the same fabric type to produce the same style and shape that were shown in the photos. Each dress is made by hand and not mass-produced in a factory! Therefore two wedding dresses will never be 100% the same because the placement of the ornaments (lace, beading work, etc.) and seasonal material availability may differ slightly. Please also allow for a slight difference in color due to the lighting conditions between the photos and reality.

Usually, if you drop or gain a bit of weight, the dress should still fit you well. This is because we use fabrics that are stretchy. Many dresses have a lace-up back so you have a bit of leeway there as well. Note: dresses with lace-up corset back may be made with smaller measurements than given by you so that it can be adjusted up or down.

We recommend that all dresses should be professionally steam ironed and steam cleaned before wearing as sometimes there can be sewing marks during the production process (which are all erasable). Avoid machine wash or dry.

Due to the nature of custom dresses with custom measurements, we do not accept returns. If there's a problem with your order/package, please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for delay of your communication.

If you have never worn a sparkly dress before, please do some research or try it on in a bridal shop. As some customers are not used to the heavy weight of dresses made using glitter tulle or sequin.

Knocking off half a star only because I wasn't aware style 1 had glitter tulle (not specified which style has it) and because it was far too long at front so did need a minor alteration at a local seamstress. Would recommend and repurchase though and value is excellent for high quality dresses matching images
