However, in the event, the dress arrives at you in a damaged condition contact us by email at @gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your dress and we can arrange to send a return authorization (RAN) for the damaged dress and send you a replacement dress or issue a merchandise credit if a replacement is unavailable. The damaged dress must be returned in unworn condition with all tags and labels still intact.
