We have a strong pre-shipping inspection process in place that checks every item including fabrics, seams, zipper, beads, rhinestones and etc. for defects, and we double-check the color, size, and quantity against the packing list for accuracy. However, in the event, the dress arrives at you in a damaged condition contact us by email at @gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your dress and we can arrange to send a return authorization (RAN) for the damaged dress and send you a replacement dress or issue a merchandise credit if a replacement is unavailable. The damaged dress must be returned in unworn condition with all tags and labels still intact.
